One Part of Northwest 175-375 Is Much Looser Than the Rest
The three months ending August 31, 2026 told two very different stories in Northwest 175-375. One ZIP code has nearly four times more supply than another. That changes what a fair price looks like, and how long you should expect to wait.
The Big Gap: 27214 vs. the Rest of Northwest 175-375
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 7.9 months of supply in ZIP 27214 for the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 3.3 months from the same period a year before. More supply means sellers have more competition. Pricing sharply matters more here.
