“So I initially went to a website that was generic about selling my house.”

I put my number in the information and Helen was one of the first people to reach out and call me from this website and the information she got from it. I looked up Helen and she had a really good record, especially in selling houses in my area. She made it easy from the very first phone call. She met with me regarding the house and putting it up for sale and then met with me again to sign the papers to officially put it up. She gave me different options from the beginning And made sure I had the adequate time to move out. During the actual selling process the house sold very quickly thanks to her with being on the market less than two weeks. She helped me with counter offering. She was very fair, giving me options, but never pushing me to make a choice or pressure pressuring me. During the closing process, I could not get to the lawyer because of work and so she and the lawyer arranged it for me to be able to get there on a Saturday, which was amazing. She met me for the closing and gave me a gift which was just awesome. So y’all she is a great realtor and made the process super easy and super smooth. I trusted her to guide me every step of the way And would gladly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Bonus was that she was really sweet to my puppies!
